What we won't do
- Comment on individual academic-integrity cases. Those are between students, teachers, and institutions.
- Provide detector-score interpretation over email. The sentence-level heatmap is the interpretation.
- Share one customer's data or configuration with another customer, under any framing.

How fast do you respond?
Typical response is one business day for sales and general inquiries, same-day for support-plan customers, and within a week for research queries.
Do you have a phone number?
We're async by default and do not publish a general phone line. Institutional customers get a direct line during procurement.
Where are you based?
Distributed team across four countries. We don't publish team members' individual locations for privacy reasons.
